Empire star, Terrence Howard is praying the court to prevent him from settling his ex-wife, Michelle, claiming he was extorted and threatened by her.

In a new document filed by Howard’s attorney, Brian Kramer, in his spousal support war with ex-wife, the Hollywood actor claims his ex-wife threatened to expose his ‘small sized’ genitals as well as his naked photos if he doesn’t give her what she wants.

Howard disclosed that he secretly recorded Michelle saying, “I can make a good $2 million right now … you want to see your little dick out there in front of TV?

‘Trust me, you’ve fucked with the wrong person. You fucked with me way too much. I will fucking bury you deep in the ground,’ he revealed.

TMZ reported that the actor also revealed that he has his ex on tape saying she will tell every woman in the world he gave her an STD.

Now, Howard wants the judge to throw out the settlement agreement he once had with Michelle so he doesn’t have to pay the balance.
