Who Knows?

An SPH Experience by Betapinky1.

People ask me sometimes—who knows? Who knows about your… situation? And the honest answer is: more people than I’d like. Far more.

My girlfriend knows, obviously. She’s the one living with it, the one who has to look down at me during sex and pretend she’s not disappointed. She’s kind about it. Too kind, honestly. She’ll cup my balls and stroke my little three-and-a-half-inch erection and whisper things like “I love how you feel” and “you’re perfect for me,” and I know she’s lying. Not maliciously. Not cruelly. She’s just trying to make the best of a bad situation. But I’ve seen her face when she thinks I’m not looking—that flicker of something when she first wraps her hand around me and realizes, again, how little there is to hold. The way her fingers overlap because there’s nothing to fill her fist. She knows. She’ll always know. And I’ll always know she knows.

My two ex-girlfriends know. The first one was in college. She didn’t say much when she first saw it—just a pause, a blink, and then she carried on like nothing was wrong. But she broke up with me two weeks later, and I found out through mutual friends that she’d told her roommate I was “really small, like, surprisingly small.” The second ex was more direct. She actually laughed the first time she saw me hard. Not a cruel laugh—more of a startled, nervous laugh. “Oh,” she said. “I wasn’t expecting that.” Then she gave me a pitying smile and went down on me because she knew that was the only thing that was going to work. She broke up with me a month later for “other reasons.”

But those aren’t the ones that keep me up at night.

The most humiliating one—the one that burrows into my chest and makes it hard to breathe when I think about it too long—is what my second ex did after we split up.

She outed me. To my friends. My female friends.

I had a close-knit group at the time—three guys, four girls. We’d all known each other since high school. We hung out on weekends, went on trips together, had group chats that never stopped buzzing. It was the kind of friend group where everyone knew everyone’s business, but there were unspoken boundaries. Things you didn’t share. Things that stayed private.

My ex didn’t care about boundaries.

I found out about it weeks after the breakup. One of the guys in the group pulled me aside at a party and said, “Hey, man, I don’t know how to tell you this, but [ex’s name] told the girls about… you know. About your situation.”

My stomach dropped. Like, physically dropped. I felt it fall.

“What situation?” I asked, even though I already knew.

He looked uncomfortable. “Your… size. She told them you’re really small. Like, really small. She said she felt bad saying it, but they kept asking why the sex was so short and she just… told them.”

I wanted to throw up. I wanted to disappear. I wanted to walk out of that party and never come back. My face was on fire. My hands were shaking. I could feel the sweat breaking out across my back.

“Which girls?” I asked. “All of them?”

He nodded. “All of them, man. I’m sorry.”

All four of them. Four of my closest female friends now knew I had a tiny dick. Four women I’d eaten meals with, sat next to on couches, hugged hello and goodbye, confided in—now they all knew that between my legs I was packing something barely bigger than a child’s. They knew. They’d talked about it. They’d discussed it. They’d probably laughed about it.

But the worst part—the part that still makes my throat tighten and my face flush even now—was that one of them was someone I’d always found impossibly attractive.

Her name is Priya.

She’s not the kind of beautiful that hits you all at once. She’s the kind that sneaks up on you—the kind that makes you stare a beat too long every time she walks into a room and then look away before anyone notices. Dark hair that falls past her shoulders. Brown eyes that crinkle when she laughs. A wide, full mouth. She’s short—maybe five-two—but her body is ridiculous. Curvy in a way that’s impossible to ignore. Big, heavy breasts that strain against whatever she’s wearing. A round, thick ass that bounces slightly when she walks. Hips that swing. She’s the kind of woman who doesn’t have to try, who can throw on a t-shirt and jeans and still make every guy in the room lose his train of thought.

I’d wanted her for years. Since high school. Since before I understood what it meant to want someone. She was always just there—warm and funny and close and completely unattainable, not because she was out of my league (though she was) but because she was my friend, and you don’t cross that line. You don’t risk it. So I just… wanted. Quietly. Constantly. The way you want something you’ve accepted you’ll never have.

And now she knew I had a small penis.

My ex had told her. In detail, apparently. Not just “he’s small”—but how small. Three and a half inches hard. Barely a handful. Too small for certain positions. Too small to feel much during sex. My ex had laid it all out, and Priya had sat there, listened, and absorbed every word, and now carried that knowledge around inside her head like a little secret she’d never be able to un-know.

I couldn’t look at her for weeks. Every time we hung out as a group, I’d feel her eyes on me and my skin would burn. I’d cross my legs. I’d keep my hands in my lap. I’d position myself behind furniture, behind other people, anywhere she couldn’t see my crotch—even though she wasn’t looking at my crotch. She didn’t need to. She already knew what was there. Or rather, what wasn’t there.

The other girls were easier to handle. They were my friends, I loved them, but I wasn’t attracted to them. Knowing they knew was humiliating, but dull. Background noise. With Priya, it was sharp. Focused. Every interaction was loaded with the knowledge that she’d been told, in explicit terms, that I was sexually inadequate. That the man she’d known for years, the friend she’d hugged and joked with and leaned against during movies, was missing something essential. Something that would matter if we ever—ever—

But we wouldn’t. Because now she knew. And what woman would want a man she knows is too small?

It all came to a head about a month after the outing. We were at someone’s apartment, the whole group, drinking and hanging out. People were scattered—some in the kitchen, some on the balcony, some on the couch. Priya and I ended up alone in the living room for a few minutes while everyone else was elsewhere.

She was sitting on the couch with her legs tucked under her, wine glass in hand, wearing this fitted black top that showed off her cleavage and these tight jeans that hugged every curve of her ass. She looked incredible. She always looked incredible.

We were making small talk—work, a movie that had just come out—when she suddenly got quiet. She looked at me for a second too long. Then she bit her lip.

“Can I ask you something?” she said.

My heart started pounding. “Sure.”

“I heard what [ex’s name] said. About you.” She said it gently, carefully, as if she were approaching a wounded animal. “I just wanted you to know that I know. And that I don’t think less of you.”

The room felt like it was shrinking. The walls were closing in. My face was so hot I thought my skin might blister.

“You don’t have to—” I started.

“I know I don’t have to. I wanted to. Because I’ve seen you acting weird around me lately and I figured that’s why.” She paused. Took a sip of wine. “She shouldn’t have told us. That was shitty.”

I swallowed hard. My mouth was dry. “It’s fine. It’s just… It’s embarrassing.”

“I get it.” She looked at me with those brown eyes, soft and sympathetic, and I wanted to crawl inside her and die. “It’s just a body thing, you know? Everyone’s different.”

And then—right as someone started walking back toward the living room—she leaned in close and said, barely above a whisper, with this tiny half-smile on her lips: “But honestly? The way she described it, I was picturing something really tiny. Like, thumb-sized.”

She held up her thumb. Looked at it. Looked at my crotch. Then back at my face.

And laughed.

Not a big laugh. Not a cruel, howling laugh. Just a small, breathy laugh—a little puff of amusement through her nose, accompanied by the faintest shake of her shoulders. Her eyes crinkled. Her mouth curved. She pressed her lips together like she was trying to hold it in and couldn’t quite manage it.

Then someone walked in and the moment was over. She picked up her wine and turned to greet them, and I sat there with my face on fire and my heart trying to escape through my ribs and my two-inch soft cock shriveled up to nothing inside my pants.

That was it. That was the whole interaction. A few seconds. A thumb. A laugh.

It’s been years, and I still think about it every day.

Not just think about it. I use it. I lie in bed at night and replay it—her face, her voice, the thumb, the laugh—and I get hard. All three and a half inches of me, straining and aching, and I wrap my fingers around it and stroke and think about Priya knowing. Priya laughing. Priya picturing my tiny dick and finding it funny. Priya holding up her thumb, comparing it to mine, and finding me wanting.

I think about what it would be like if she saw it for real. Not just heard about it—saw it. Me, standing in front of her, naked. Her, fully clothed, sitting on the edge of a bed or a couch, legs crossed, watching me undress with that same half-smile on her face and watching me pull down my underwear and reveal what’s there—or what isn’t. Looking down at my tiny, pathetic little nub and then back up at my face. And laughing and really laughing. Not a polite laugh. Not a sympathetic laugh. A full, genuine, delighted laugh. The kind of laugh that says: Oh my God, it’s even smaller than I imagined. This is the smallest dick I’ve ever seen. This is hilarious.

I think about her calling me over. “Come here. Let me get a closer look.” Me shuffling forward, hands at my sides, exposed and vulnerable. Her leaning forward and examining me—my little dick, my small balls, the whole pathetic package—with the curiosity of someone looking at a novelty. Something strange and small and not quite right.

“Can you even fuck with that?” she’d ask, looking up at me with those brown eyes.

“No,” I’d say. “Not really.”

“I didn’t think so,” she’d say. And laugh again.

I think about her telling me to stroke it. “Go on. Get it hard. Let me see how big it gets.” Me wrapping two fingers around it—because that’s all it takes, two fingers—and pumping while she watches, clothed and comfortable and completely in control. Her eyes on my crotch. Her mouth curved in amusement. Maybe she’d hold up her thumb again for comparison. Maybe she’d hold up her pinky. Maybe she’d just shake her head slowly and say, “That’s it? That’s as big as it gets?”

I come so fast when I think about that. Embarrassingly fast. Sometimes under a minute. My little dick twitching in my fingers, spurting onto my stomach, while I bite my lip and try to keep quiet because my girlfriend is asleep next to me and I’m lying in the dark jerking off to the memory of a woman who isn’t her—a woman who knows my secret and finds it funny.

And then the guilt hits. And the shame. And the knowledge that Priya is still out there, still my friend, still someone I see regularly, still someone who carries that knowledge inside her head. Every time we meet for dinner with the group. Every time she hugs me hello, and I feel her big, soft breasts press against my chest. Every time she sits across from me and I catch her eye and wonder—is she thinking about it right now? Is she looking at me and seeing the thumb? The tiny dick? The man who isn’t quite a man?

I wonder if she sees me differently. If something shifted in her perception of me that day—if I went from “friend” to “friend with a tiny dick” in her mind and never went back. If when she looks at me, somewhere beneath the surface, there’s a little voice whispering: He’s small. He’s really small. I know his secret. I know what he’s packing, and it’s not much.

I think she does. I think she has to. You can’t un-know something like that. You can’t look at a man the same way once you know his dick is the size of your thumb. It changes things. It changes the way you see him—his confidence, his masculinity, his presence in a room. He goes from being a man to being a man with an asterisk. A man with a caveat. He’s great, but—

But.

That word. That qualification. That’s what kills me. That’s what I hear in every silence, in every polite smile, in every moment where Priya is kind to me and I wonder if the kindness is the same kindness you’d show anyone—or the specific kindness you show someone you feel sorry for. Someone diminished—someone who doesn’t measure up.

I saw her last month at a birthday dinner. She wore this red dress—low-cut, tight, hugging every curve. She looked phenomenal. At one point during the night, she leaned across the table to grab something, and I caught a glimpse of her cleavage—deep, full, soft—and my breath caught. She sat back up, caught me looking, and smiled. Not a knowing smile. Not a cruel smile. Just a smile.

But I saw the thumb in my mind. I saw the laugh. I saw the word tiny hanging in the air between us, invisible to everyone else but as real to me as the table we were sitting at.

She knows. She’ll always know. And every time I see her, every time I think about her, every time I lie in the dark and wrap my fingers around my inadequate little dick and stroke myself to the memory of her amusement, I know too.

I know that the woman I want most in the world knows I’m the least capable of satisfying her. I know that she’s seen me at my most vulnerable—through someone else’s words, but seen nonetheless. I know that no matter what I do, no matter how successful I become, no matter how confident I act, there is one person in my life who will always look at me and understand that I am, in the most fundamental physical sense, less.

Less than other men. Less than what she’d need. Less than enough.

And the worst part—the part I can’t escape, the part that traps me—is that knowing all of that makes me harder than anything else in my life ever has.

I jerk off thinking about Priya laughing at my small dick more than I have sex with my girlfriend. I come faster. I come harder. I come with a shame that tastes like metal, feels like fire, and leaves me lying in the dark, staring at the ceiling, wondering what’s wrong with me.

Nothing’s wrong with me that wasn’t wrong at thirteen, standing in the hallway with shaving cream on my face. I was small then. I’m small now. The only thing that’s changed is that now I know it. And now she knows it too.

She knows. She’ll always know.

And some nights, that’s the only thing that gets me off.

The End.
