IT’S a big issue for men, but talking about it is no small matter.

While the average penis size is a modest 3.6in when flaccid/soft and 5.2in erect, some blokes fall short.

Nearly HALF of all men fear they could be lacking in the trouser department to the extent that their manhood is technically a “micropenis”, research shows.

A micropenis measures less than 3in when erect, yet the term has been used to generalise mini members.

Here, DIANA APPLEYARD speaks to four men who are bravely facing up to the issue.

Ant Smith (Bronze Member)

PERFORMANCE poet Ant, 49, is married to 46-year-old Christine, a sound recordist. Ant, from Barking, East London, says:

I have probably spent more than 30 years of my life worrying about the size of my penis.

Growing up it was a considerable embarrassment to me. At about 3.5in it wasn’t so small but seemed so much smaller than everyone else’s.

I was teased at school and it made me so self-conscious I didn’t have sex until I was 21. I would get embarrassed if the condom slipped off as my penis was too small to keep it on.

It isn’t something you can openly discuss with your friends, even though so many men have a hang-up about it.

Somehow the size of your penis has become linked to how much of a “man” you are, which is nonsense. My wife assured me my size made no difference.

I tackled the issue with humour and wrote a poem about my tiny willy called Shorty.

I got an amazing response. This time last year I threw an international party in London called The Small Penis Party – the venue was full.

While that was quite humorous, it is a serious issue and so many men have had their self-confidence eroded by it.

Micky Harris (Bronze Member)

FORMER soldier Micky is 27 and works in asbestos removal. He lives in Herefordshire with his girlfriend and says:

Being in the Army, I had a lot of banter about the size of my penis, which is just under 3in and not very wide.

Friends would say, “I’ve got something stuck in my teeth, can I borrow your willy?” Or they’d call me “micropenis guy” and say I had a d*** the size of a Kit-Kat.

There’s nothing I can do about it, I’d never consider having an enlargement. What if something went wrong?

But it has never made me feel inferior. If you’ve given a woman ten orgasms before you even get your willy out, you have nothing to worry about!

And I’ve certainly never had a girl say to me, “Is it in yet?”

Most women appreciate it far more if you give them fantastic foreplay and make sure they are having a great time.

I bet there are loads of men out there who have small penises but are too embarrassed to talk about it.

Jack Davis (Gold Member)

SINGLE Jack works as a granite technician in Hereford. The 26-year-old says:

I’ve had so much stick off my mates about the size of my todger. I play football and after the match, when we’re having a shower, my mates will take pictures and send them around on Instagram.

I get called “Walnut Whip dick” and “pin dick”. It’s gone on for so long it doesn’t bother me.

I tell them it isn’t the size that matters, it’s what you do with it. I have never had any complaints from girlfriends.

Having a smaller willy makes you a better lover, as you concentrate more on foreplay and pleasing the woman, rather than just getting your end away.

My willy just never grew. It’s weird because I hit puberty much younger than most of my friends.

I have learned how to laugh it off and take the banter in good spirit.

I don’t think women honestly care about the size of a man’s penis. Many men worry about it unnecessarily.

Clive Symonds (Silver Member)

LABOURER Clive is about to become a dad. The 27-year-old lives in Deal, Kent, with girlfriend, Georgia, 24. He says:

I’ve always been a light build and having a small penis caused me so much grief at school.

The worst thing was getting changed for games – the other lads called me “acorn dick” and “no dick Symonds”. I tried to laugh it off but there’s no doubt it has affected my confidence, especially with women.

The worst thing was getting condoms to stay on.

Several times with one-night stands I’ve dropped my trousers and the girls have just sniggered. That’s the end of it for me. I’d pull up my pants and get out of there as fast as I could with a very red face.

The trouble is that once your confidence is knocked, that can affect your ability to get an erection. It was annoying because I am good in bed and a lot of women have been satisfied.

The size of my penis is much less of an issue for me now I am in a very happy relationship. My girlfriend’s pregnant too, so it obviously works!

I haven’t thought about seeing a doctor because I could never afford the operation – and I’d be too scared.

Having a big willy is not the most important aspect of love-making anyway. It does the job with Georgia and that is all I care about.

The End.

Great story. No shame when you admit and accept what God and Nature have given you in life. One makes up for it in many other ways often being very successful in life.
